The Fast Metabolism Diet

Everyone who has ever struggled with body fat and dieting should have this book. It worked better than I could have hoped. I'm 59 years old and only moderately active and I lost 17 lbs in a month and my metabolism stayed revved even after going back to my regular eating.
I go back for a boost every few months and consistently lose 5-7 lbs in a week. Best nutrition ever, great healthy eating, no gimmicks. Read this book!!

Easy and lost weight

This is a easy read and very easy to follow. I loved it. The one thing that has surprised me the most is how it has effected my stress level. My stress is way down. I am relaxed and can handle things better. My body feels great.
