The Fortune Cookie

Frank Bowen has had a good life. He works at a prestigious ad agency and is one of the top men in the field, Then he and his coworkers went to their favorite Chinese restaurant for lunch and that's where everything started.

After their lunch, they each got a fortune cookie. They all took turns breaking open their cookies and reading their fortunes out loud, laughing about each one. When it was Frank's turn, and he broke his cookie open, he pulled out a blank strip of paper.

What did that mean? He was plenty scared, but tried not to show it. One thing he knew for certain, his life was bound to change, but for better or worse?
