The G.I. Diet, 10th Anniversary

I have all 11 of Rick Gallop’s books in hardcopy and am happy to see some of them finally come out in digital form. I lost 40 pounds following Gallop's guidelines and the recipes are so good. There are sample menu’s, a very thorough explanation as to why we are overweight today and what to do about it. This is not a crash diet, this is a way of eating for life. Because of these books, I learned to cook and how to eat healthy - also how to gauge the healthiness of recipes from other sources. I highly recommend Rick Gallop’s eating plan. You will not go hungry! Recipes I’ve tried and especially liked are the Classic Meat Lasagna and the Crustless Fruit-Topped Cheesecake,
