The Gun

In the chaos of war-torn Spain, a battered army retreats through the mountains, leaving behind a massive bronze cannon. Abandoned in the mud, it seems destined to be lost to history—until the local villagers, toughened by adversity and driven by defiance, drag it from the wreckage. With brute strength and ingenuity, they haul the great gun into hiding, unknowingly setting events into motion that will change the course of their struggle.
