The Healing Process Begins With You

This book tells my life’s experiences and even though I had both parent’s in the home it doesn’t mean that you won’t go through anything. Opening up about being raped, emotionally abused, broken in heart wasn’t the hardest part; forgiving was. The struggles and battles one faces within; suicide, depression, low self-esteem, guilt, shame and so much more. There is beauty and life after, but it only comes when YOU decide to let go and forgive. Healing will begin to take place and it has to start with YOU.
