Hiroshige is one of the most well-known Japanese artists. He perfected the style of full-color prints that are synonymous with Japanese woodblock prints today. He worked in the ukiyo-e tradition of depicting everyday life and landscape scenes. This book highlights Hiroshige's masterpieces of print, including pieces from his series on Mount Fuji.
