Good book, but not the iPad version
I am very disapointed that I have purchased the iBook version of it instead of the paper version. The links within the book (for chapters and references) don't work properly and the paging are wrong, which makes it very dificult to navigate trough the book.
I'm almost about to ditch it just for that...
I wish I had the paper version also to be able to write in it when we are required to do so.
