The Hunt

John "Johnny" Stella is mourning the death of his wife in a small town in the Pacific Northwest, when he is confronted with a brutal murder-decapitation. He agrees to help the local marshal, who doesn't know how to deal with violent crime, and the list of potential killers expands dramatically. More importantly, there is no scarcity of motives. As he is sorting all this out, two more murders and beheadings occur, including that of one of the suspects. After chasing down some blind alleys, Johnny, with the help of Alice Craig, a local TV reporter, identifies the killer and in a violent struggle, subdues and captures him.
