The Husband Whisperer

Momma may have said there would be days like this, but she did NOT tell me that there would be so many. Marriage turned out to be more work than play. Seeing the look on my husband's face made me certain that I would be getting a bad assessment for all that I had been doing.

"Sometimes I do not even like being around you." It hurt, but it did not shock.

When life throws a hard curve right at your head you have two choices:

1. You can run and leave all the hopes and expectations lying in the dust.
2. You can dig in your heels, focus on the ball and swing with all that you have in you.

"The Husband Whisperer" shares my own experiences that come from the digging in determination it takes to build and grow a relationship. No other situation will be exactly like mine, and even mine changes with the passing days. Learning that you are not alone in the struggle to have that perfect mate helps make the journey a little more tolerable.
