When Iran’s top anchorwoman, Raji, collides with a Jewish American agent, Myk, it unlocks an unknown labyrinth to a linked history.

An explosion in a parking garage in Beirut leaves two-year-old Raji motherless and under the thumb of her infamous bomb-maker father. Raised in Iran, a country where the laws and culture are already stacked against her, she refuses to conform. When Raji’s son, Yasser, is murdered by a bullet that is meant for Myk at a crowded plaza in San Francisco, the tragedy creates a vortex that pulls Raji and Myk together in pursuit of the same enemy.

Myk must stop a faceless state from unleashing a deadly virus in the United States while powerful men try to prevent him from discov­ering the truth behind a decades-old mystery that saw a dozen US agents massacred at an isolated lake in the Swiss Alps. As Myk races across the globe to Italy, France, and Iran in search of clues to expose his enemy, Raji risks it all and stuns the world.
