Sybil was studying to become a Marriage and Family Therapist/Psychologist, when her first child was a baby. She benefited from courses in Child Development, Family Dynamics, Sexual Abuse, and Domestic Violence along with the Theological training she was receiving at Fuller Theological Seminary which enabled her to apply Christian principles and values to all aspects of her work and writings. Sybil is the proud mother of three, all now adults.
