I found this book to be interesting and informative.
A good selection for a quick but thorough read.
The wording is a little unusual but clear enough to understand.
Good start but contradictions galore
It is free so I'd actually give it a 3.5. I found that the author frequently contradicts his advice (ie he says drink skim milk instead of whole but then later says to drink whole milk instead of skim. Another example is to not eat peanuts, but then he says to eat peanuts as snacks). So because of the contradictions, I'll need to check out another resource to figure out which is correct. Thanks for the free book, it just needs some polish. :)
So-so
Peanuts are mentioned as not included in the diet and then listed in the menu plan. Chilli has kidneys beans which are not a keto food.
Style of book is pretty basic.
