Hollywood actresses are being viciously murdered in the Los Angeles area and the police don't have a clue how to stop it. Detective Lieutenant Pete Donnelly of the Los Angeles Police Department gathers a top-notch task force to end these murders, but never in his 38-year-career has he ever come across anything like this.
