Another Louise Penny mystery classic. An interesting story, relevant for the times. Just the right amount of humour, and heartwarming sentiment with all the characters we have come to know and love. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant book; perhaps one of the best books I’ve ever read. Louise Penny has made every character in Three Pines feel like old friends and to tackle the pandemic and thoughts about the frail, unwell and elderly? Wow. An outstanding Author!

I have read and thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed all of Louise Penny’s Gamache novels. I remember being drawn to CBC radio programming that Louise Penny hosted and was sorry when she left… So wonderful to rediscover her through these novels and hope that she will continue…..Thank you for sharing your talents and your life with your readers, Louise Penny. Brava!
