complex & interesting yet offensive…
I enjoyed the complexity of the story and the eerie description of the magical things in the story.
I didn’t like the completely sexualized persona of the female characters and crude language about female characters. I also found the constant need to talk about the male/men and their sexual prowess and their “cocks” and “balls” as strong characteristics offensive. I also disliked and found offensive the inappropriate use of terms like “going native”. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
