This weight lost program works!!!! This book is by far Dr. Joey's best. I have read the last four of her five books and I am a paying client! (no freebies) This book is like the bible or step by step of how to change to heathy eating and eating what YOU want and know what to choose to eat to loose weight and feel heathy. I had seen Dr. Joey on cityline and Wylde on Health two great Canadian programs and I am living proof this program works. Since July 1st of last year I have lost 35 pounds; from size 16 pant to a size six, I can even where a size FOUR dress. I am 53 years old, mother of two twenty year olds, I have had my share of on going STRESS from financial to devorce going back to college full time while working full time, renovating our home, assisting my new husband immigrant from Ireland; to currently stressed that I might be laid off from the federal government department that I work for, while trying to pay for my daughter's University. If I can do this weight lost program, anyone can!!!!! I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Joey and your team! As well as Tracey on Cityline for the introduction (and being living proof that the program works) I'm not done yet; but I will be soon! Dr. Joey you are my inspiration !
