The Millennium Murder Case

Way back in December 1999, when everyone else was worried about millennium bugs and the world coming to an end, Jack Stevens, renowned computer whiz kid, had other things on his mind – not least the fact that he was about to be murdered in New York as the clock ticked thirty-five seconds into the new millennium.

The job of solving the mystery fell to ageing Commanding Officer Alex Carey of 1st Precinct, a man used to dealing with straightforward homicides.
