The Misborn IV: Maud

If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.
Centuries ago, Maud's people came from another dimension and found ways to establish themselves here. But now other entities from this dimension are trying to move in, a nuisance now, a threat for the future.
Maud has watched as her friends, native to this dimension, use their special abilities to drive off the invaders, or try to close down the portal. They don't, of course, know as much about that other dimension as Maud does. So maybe it's time for Maud to take charge herself.
Collecting an assorted group of eccentrics as assistants, Maud is getting to work, and heaven help the invaders!
