Loving this series
Ivan Volkov plays match maker again when he makes his brigadier Ive marry Charlotte, a woman who has been abused by her father and told she as a mistake, trash all her life. While at first Ive doesn't understand the reasoning behind the marriage nor does he fully like or trust her, Charlotte is finally able to enjoy the simple parts of life and Ive soon realizes that he wants to be the one to share these firsts with her. Giving her the one thing she has wanted all this time someone to care and love her. Sometimes all we really need is someone to have our backs, not necessarily take control of our lives but believe/love us so that we can truly see how wonderful we really are. This is what reading these are like. You can never go wrong with anything written by Sam Crescent they are wonderfully written, with lovable characters, no matter how flawed. The way they men love the woman and make them feel about them selves is enough to make you love them
