Description de l’éditeur
This book is about self-sabotage.
Why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it—for good.
Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential.
For centuries, the mountain has been used as a metaphor for the big challenges we face, especially ones that seem impossible to overcome. To scale our mountains, we actually have to do the deep internal work of excavating trauma, building resilience, and adjusting how we show up for the climb.
In the end, it is not the mountain we master, but ourselves.

Amazing Read
It really helped shaped the way I am thinking today. It helped me realize I was my biggest enemy and I’m working every day to overcome that to be my own hero.
I was moved
I am in a dark place in my life! I wasn’t looking for the light. Recent car accident shock me up so bad. I keep digging to Bury myself too low. Drained in Depression and anxiety. ….. I feel I don’t have the right to die or feel the victim all the time. At least I should try and have a valid reason why my life wasn’t working.
So I purchased this book and I don’t remember the last time I red a book.
I loved how I kept reading
I loved I understood what’s being said
I loved the fact that I don’t need to move the mountain just my 10 min routine everyday will compound to bring huge change I want to see in my life.
I loved reading this book and inspire me to get up and do that small thing in my life that I have been neglected. So help me God, Amen.
Thank you
