Publisher Description
An uplifting mystical tale of children discovering a magical and awe-inspiring garden. The story is also a yoga-based journey through nature that connects children deeply with themselves (their breath, their bodies, their movements, their inner selves) and the natural world around them. The beautifully illustrated story is paired with a yoga manual that includes kids' Flows (postural and breath instruction) and photographs of diverse children (body type, appearance, race, ethnicity, and gender) in the postures. These Flows correspond to the illustrated story portion in the first part of the book. It can be read as a stand-alone story, a tale integrated with the Flows, or the Flows taught independently of the story.
