This is a great cookbook, I bough the 'The New Atkins For A New You' book first. Then I decided to buy the cookbook so that I can cook Atkins friendly meals. They recipes are delicious and help with loss. Additionally, the meals help you maintain your energy levels throughout the day, so that you are not constantly crashing and looking for the next cup of coffee.
The only negative is that the price should be $9.99, currently it's $16.99. I think thats a little overpriced, nonetheless its still a good purchase. I hope everyone enjoys the book as much I have.
