Got me back on track
I really enjoyed reading this book. I'm a student, really busy, and I was always running around and eating high carbohydrate foods. I wold get a rush of energy, and then I would crash. After reading 'The New Atkins For A New You' I've lost weight, and I've been maintaining my energy levels. I have more energy then I ever did, and I don't drink as much coffee as I used to.
I recommend this book and the cookbook (available on iTunes) if you are serious about making a change in your life. If you follow the advice given in the book you will see results and feel much better about yourself. Pair with the cookbook, and you will be cooking healthier and shedding the pounds.
