When Realtor, Audrey Andrews, owner of Seaside Cove Realty in Seaside Cove, Florida, listed her longtime friend's house for sale everything was great; that is until her friend turns up dead.

Audrey, who's hobby is amateur sleuthing, may have met her match trying to solve her friend's murder when there is no shortage of suspects, each with his or her own motive and opportunity.

Audrey also finds it challenging to solve her friend's murder while dodging attempts on her own life.
