The Packhorse Gallery is a community arts project run by Kirklees based mental health charity, Support to Recovery (S2R), and highlights the benefits of creativity for mental wellbeing. This book was produced in partnership with the Workers' Educational Association (WEA). The WEA Promoting Community Arts course was held at the Packhorse Gallery, and culminated in the production of this book.
