In Washington state someone is going around killing all the pedophiles. The news station owners don’t care, the police don’t care and the public isn’t paying any attention. The murders will go unsolved until bodies start appearing in Bellingham, Washington. It is there Lt. Carl Johnson of the Bellingham P.D. will chase the killer. At the center of the violence are two young men; one is driven by his passion for the law and the other is driven by his commitment to what is right and what is wrong regardless of what the law says.
