The Pet Snake

This collection of stories makes wonderful reading for upper primary classes. Dickson Mukunyi, himself a primary school teacher, originally wrote them for use in his own school and later decided to publish them. He comes from Nyeri District in Central Kenya, where many of the stories are located.
