I started with this book in Feb. I lost 8lbs,but better yet, I feel better, the symptoms from my period have decreased, and its put me on a path to healthier.
Love this book
I have tried lots of diets with temporary successes. The weight always seems to creep back up. When I saw this author on multiple tv shows, it seemed to make sense to me - so I bought it! Now my life has changed! I have lost some weight, but I'm not at goal weight yet, I had 50 lbs to lose. Although I feel wonderful because of this Plan. Little did I know that I had intolerances. There are times in the past where I'd get up in the morning with sore joints and difficulty to walk for the first hour in the day (I'm only 43 and not other illnesses) - well while working with The Plan I have identified that anything with corn is the cause of this joint pain. I love Mexican food and i tested having corn chips or corn tortillas twice from my favorite restaurant, and both times cause a 2 to 3 lbs gain, but the worse part is that it causes the morning after joint pain and bloating!! Wow I never would have been able to identy this without The Plan! But my body has been fine thus far with everything else I've tried!! Be aware the first 3 to 4 days are the worse, I had headaches felt flu like symptoms because of cutting out my regular food such as coffee, sugar, carbs. But stick with it, it is sooo worth it!!
