The Play House

Ever since Scarlet's mum Nicola fell ill, she imagined the day Nicola would get better, and their lives would get back to normal. Or, at least 'normal' as she knew it: days packed with dress up and play out in the garden and in the Antique Shoppe run by the whimsical Madame Renard. The doctors have said this is impossible, but Scarlet can't shake the feeling that Nicola is communicating otherwise through her paintings and the mysterious relationship she has with flora. As Nicola descends into deeper illness, Scarlet must find out what is really going on and save her mother before she loses her forever.
