The group's luck runs out on a Michigan job when their target turns out to be connected to the Mafia, a mistake that starts an avalanche of violence. Great Book!
This book is so well written, the characters come alive and the plot is well-paced and original. In a 'best-seller' crime fiction world that seems to consist of pedestrian thrillers so badly written it's laughable, comes this rare little gem, a book that deserves to be a best seller because it's actually good enough to be. Here's to hoping that happens for Laukkinen and that he's hard at work on his next book.
