Customer Reviews
Very disappointing
I love KA and fall madly in love with all her books. The anticipation I had for this story to come out was just as strong for me as all her others. Having said that, It saddens me to have to write this review. This book was horrible in my opinion. It took me a week to finish and even at that, it was against my will. I found there to be very little climax to this storyline and therefor it felt like it dragged on, and on, and on, and on, and on.....
(you get the idea!)
*****SPOILER: there were times where KA had the opportunity to strengthen the story line by going into more detail between the relationship with Benny's parents and the reconciliation between them, but instead she skimmed right passed it. This book left me wanting more.
On the plus side, it was amazing to have Cal and Vi in this story! It reminded me just how much I loved those characters.
This story fell short for me and left me wanting more. I hate to say, this book was my least favorite in her collection.
