The Quiet Man

Tom Porter was a burned out young National Guard Warrant Officer when he moved to Tooterville in search of peace and quiet. He makes his living taking short tours of active duty for the Guard and is looking for a home and a job to provide income after he retires. He makes friends in the small town and finds the love of his life in the small house next door. His adventures and life in Tooterville make him realize he has found his home and a secure income stream for his retirement.
