Ellie Sterling's father told her to cancel her vacation to Hawaii and go to a ranch in Wyoming because her life was in danger. The ranch belonged to Logan Trask who was an ex-Navy SEAL and owed Ellie's father a favor which he called in by asking Logan to take care of Ellie.
I do love Jenn Roseton's books and this one is no different. The writing is exceptional, clearly leading the reader through the story without rushing or missing any details needed to get a clear picture of events. The characters in The Rancher's Royal Bride were also fantastic. Ellie was a beautiful, curvy, intelligent woman with strong artistic abilities. Logan couldn't have been more perfect, in my opinion. You can't get better than a SEAL turned cowboy. With his professions, it was not a surprise that Logan was both physically and mentally strong. His determination to take care of Ellie no matter what was heart warming. The fact that he was gorgeous didn't hurt either.
The only thing I didn't like about this book was the title because gave away too much. That was the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating and went to 4.5 instead. I highly recommend The Rancher's Royal Bride to anyone who likes western romance.
