The Rogue Venator

Sent to a small Mexican city to await further instructions, Jack has no idea what he’s doing. The Company has left him alone to fend for himself. With no guardian watching his back, Jack quickly falls in line with the local cartels. Only out for number one, he betrays everyone and endangers his life.

After Jack has burned all his bridges, a mysterious young woman appears. He’s never been the sappy sort, but he’s drawn to her. Discovering her powers, he knows he can use her to bargain for his life. When his plan goes all wrong, she’s the one that will need a savior.

Will his betrayal cost her life, or will he stand up and be the man she believes him to be?
