The Rom-Com Bet

Clara Garvey makes the grave error of accepting a bet from her older sister, claiming she can write a romance novel in thirty days. The problem is Clara has never written anything more lengthy than an email. If she is unable to write the novel, she will have to suffer through two blind dates arranged by her gloating sister. Clara knows there is a positive; she has the use of a cozy log cabin in the woods for two weeks, so she can get started. And how hard can writing a rom-com be?

What is unexpected, and has not figured into her novel-writing plans, is Cavanaugh Burke, a complete stranger, bursting into the cabin in the middle of a blizzard. When Cavanaugh makes the announcement he has also been given the use of the cabin, Clara takes a long look at the man and isn't sure if her best bet is to scream or swoon.
