The Shadows of Haystack Landing

The first story takes place during the year 1872, in the early days of Petaluma. The main character is a six-year old boy named Lloyd, who is growing up on his family ranch.

The second story occurs during the 1940's, at the start of World War II. The main characters are a couple who build their dream home on the property after getting the land for an amazing price. George and Betty will go to any length to prove their love for each other.

The third story happens in 2003, after decades of the land being passively owned by a corporation. The executives that run the corporation leave this land vacant on purpose and only have a caretaker on site to call in the law on trespassers. A group of teenagers get into more trouble than they bargain for.
