The Sly Tsunami

Months after the bizarre demise of his former mentee and fiancée, Priscilla Kleitman,James Douocet is once again contacted by the Domestic Surveillance Department, specifically, their Domestic Analysis and Investigation Division. He is asked to interrogate a woman who looks exactly like Jim’s former fiancée but seven years younger, apprehended at JFK Airport while trying to leave the country using the passport and ID of Jim’s former fiancée. Once it is discovered that she was on her way to Paris with one million Euros to buy “something for Shaun,” Jim and four other Agents from the DAID are dispatched to Paris to intercept the delivery.
While Jim and his “entourage d’espionage” are in Paris, Agents Johnson and Wang discover the whereabouts of an isolated castle “up in the Ozarks” that may be the current hideout of Shaun Phillip-Jousa, the master-mind of the E-bomb attack that only months earlier had paralyzed Washington DC and killed Priscilla Kleitman. Running short of Agents, Caesar, DAID’s Chief Director, sends Agents Smith and Bailey to investigate Shaun’s “pied-a-terre” to find out if he is still there.
In Paris, Jim and Agents Kowalski and Dubchek are caught by the Parisian Police. Jim decides hand over the cold fusion formulas he obtained from the Russian scientist, but then discovers that the consultant scientist for the Parisian Gendarmie is an exact twin of his former fiancée. Bewildered and confused, he soon learns that Renee is actually one of seventy-two female clones created by her “Uncle,” Doctor Ian McKenna and that Shaun is one of six male clones of Doctor McKenna created by him using the same process.
Meanwhile, back in the Ozarks, Agents Smith and Bailey find the isolated McKenna Castle in Arkansas. After a “not-so-stealthy” reconnaissance they find out that the hideaway is occupied by a single resident, a bagpipe playing old man who likes to “moon” unwanted visitors. Ordered by Caesar to get “local backup,” Smith and Bailey end up storming the castle with two SUVs, a john boat, and a genuinely “down home” team of Bosworth County Sheriff Deputies.
Jim and his coterie return to Washington DC along with Agents Johnson and Wang just in time to avert the launching of two Nike missiles commandeered and modified by Shaun and his “clone bros” to bombard the nation’s capital. Jim discovers the true purpose of the missiles while dismantling them and alerts Caesar to the possibility of a seismic attack on the Eastern Seaboard using cold fusion bombs to set off a man-made tsunami.
But, back in Paris, the French Lieutenant, Louis Louise Devereux, finds out that Doctor McKenna has been killed and Renee kidnapped, he suspects, by the same people who wanted the cold fusion formulas from the Russian scientist. He informs Jim of the situation then gathers his commando team of “Silent Knights” to fly to America and assist the DAID Agents in their assault on Shaun’s cold fusion bomb ships.
Along with the US Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Air Force, Caesar, Jim, Louis, and the Agents of DAID storm one of the three ships harboring cold fusion bombs to create the deadly tsunami. Parachuting onto the ship, the Agents face off with Captain Sumo’s army of “teenage, mute, infertile Ninjas” in a race against time and sword fighting Ninjas to stop the fusion bombs from going off.
