Atul Sharma is a hotelier by profession and runs a hotel in Chail, Himachal Pradesh. Born in Chandigarh and brought-up in Chail, Atul educated from Sainik School Sujanpur Tihra, D.A.V College Chandigarh, Punjab University and Kurukshetra University. He is a Post Graduate in Mass Communication and has flair for political and creative writing.
