The Talisman

The Talisman is the second in the two-book collection Tales of the Crusaders written in 1825. The novel takes place at the end of the Third Crusade in Palestine. Like many of Scott's other novels, The Talisman was mostly historically accurate, featuring characters like Richard the Lionheart.
