Great 1.0 intro to Lead Management
This is a great book for someone reading about the topic for the first time. It gives a good framework of the overall do's and don'ts of lead management.
It would be great of the book have more concrete examples and material to help implement the theory into practice (e.g. methodology & examples for lead scoring, Segmenting, etc).
Overall it's a good book the opened my eyes to lead management and gave me a foundation on the topic. I now want to read other books to guide me for implementing the theory into practice.
