The Vampire Three

It began with a dream.

Storm has had (and lost) her share of lovers over the course of her long, long life.  Four centuries of love and loss would be enough to wither even the most immortal heart.  She was sure she was long since done with all of that, and she was happy to be done.

So when a stranger comes calling one morning, a handsome stranger asking for help, Storm can't quite understand the feelings he seems to invoke in her.  Why does he seem so oddly familiar?  Why is she suddenly so willing to help him, let him into her home, trust him without question?

When he claims to be her long lost love from a previous lifetime, she is reluctant to believe it.  But the more she's around the mysterious young man, the more familiar he feels to her...the closer she wants to be to him.

Could he be telling the truth?  Could he really be her long lost love?  And if so, what now?  He's human, and she's a vampire tasked with his protection.  Can they really make this work?

And does she really, actually want to?
