The View From Here

Emma goes to work at HR Ranch for one reason: to earn money.  After all, a job is a job, right?  Except the truth is...she doesn’t have anywhere else to go.  Despite the chilly reception from her workers, Emma soon finds herself making friends (sort of), enjoying her job (a little), and really contributing to the ranch community (except for when she ruins everything, but only a tiny bit).


And then there’s her boss, Mike, who is off limits and not interested.  At all.  Of course, Emma is not interested back.  Or at least that’s what they need everyone to believe, because co-worker relationships are practically against the law on this work-hard, play-hard ranch.  So they just have to be sneaky about it. 


Used to having the floor drop out on her, Emma must decide if what she’s found on the ranch is real or yet another one of life’s tricks.  Whatever happens, for now she'll enjoy THE VIEW FROM HERE.
