Great finish.
This is the final book in the Exiled Prince Trilogy. Rouke has had enough of the secrets and lies. She does not know who to trust. She is separated from her husband Roman Menshikov, an exiled prince and war lord. She has had a fight with her best friend, Everly. And after two people have been killed and her husband recovering from being shot, well she feels she has had enough. Can Rouke reconcile the fact she is in love with her husband with the fear and distaste she has with his actions? And who, if anyone can she trust?
This is a contemporary thriller/romance containing steamy scenes and graphic descriptions. It is well written and can be read alone or as part of the trilogy. I enjoyed the complexity of the storyline and the intrigue. The characters are absolutely amazing and are bigger than life. The suspenseful scenes, the emotional distress, the betrayals and loves scenes are all woven expertly together to provide a great storyline. How the characters grow and change appealed greatly to me. The sexual scenes added to the story rather than detracted from from it. The dialogue was great as well. All in all I feel this was a great book and now I want to read the first two in the trilogy.
