Thelette Brandon v. State Texas

The cause was remanded for a retrial on competency. The retrial on competency has now been held and the appellant found competent to stand trial at the time of the original proceeding. We will now reinstate the appeal and consider the matters raised by the appellant which relate to the proceedings after abatement.
