There Is No Difference: An Argument for the Abolition of the Aboriginal Reserve System and All Other Special Race-Based Laws and Entitlements for Canada's Aboriginals

For decades Canada's Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal elites have been doubling down on the apartheid-like, "separate but equal" dysfunctional status quo that has so harmed the vast majority of vulnerable, marginalized and powerless Aboriginal Canadians.

Retired lawyer Peter Best offers as a compelling remedy the Nelson Mandela/William Wuttunee solution: legal equality with the rest of Canadians, being the necessary precursor to social and economic equality. Mr. Best persuasively argues that this can only be achieved by repealing section 35 of the Constitution, reversing the harmful Supreme Court of Canada decisions interpreting it, repealing the Indian Act, phasing out  the reserves, and ending all other special race-based laws and entitlements for Canada's Aboriginals.
