Thomas v. Coastal Industrial Services

The issue on appeal is whether at any time prior to trial defendant was required to inform plaintiffs of defendants possession of a tape recording of a telephone conversation between defendants investigator and an eyewitness to the accident. We hold that defendant was not required to so inform plaintiffs absent a request by plaintiffs for such information.
