Thomas v. Roach

Trevor Thomas appeals from the district courts order granting summary judgment to the defendants and dismissing Thomass claims brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985(3), and 1986, which had alleged that the defendant police officers used excessive force when they arrested him. We vacate the summary judgment on the § 1983 claims against the individual police officers. We affirm the dismissal of the § 1983 claims against the City of Bridgeport, and the §§ 1985(3) and 1986 claims against all defendants.
