JEFFERS, J. -- This cause is before us on an appeal by the department of labor and industries of the state of Washington from an order, made and entered January 10, 1941, by the superior court for Chelan county, reversing a decision of the joint board, and ordering the department to proceed to make an award to Harry B. Thompson and Lucinda Thompson, his wife, for the death of their minor son, George Thompson, who was, by the trial court, found to have been in the course of his employment, under the workmens compensation
