Order The pro se plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the district court dismissing their cause of action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1973, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 9(a), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination of the record and the briefs, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. R. App. P. 34(a). Plaintiffs sought an interpretation of the rules of the Kentucky Democratic Party for delegate selection to the Democratic National Convention. The district court dismissed the complaint with prejudice because it involved a nonjusticiable political question.
