1 Injured employee appeals from the trial courts sustainment of motions for summary judgment. The trial court granted summary judgment for defendants, finding that the employees injury fell within the exclusive remedy of workers compensation. Having reviewed the record and applicable law, we affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
